Question: Olevia lcd tv pc audio?

I have connected my Dell Dimension desktop to my Olevia 32 inch lcd tv using a vga connector. The picture on the tv looks great. The problem is when I try to connect the audio I get no sound. I plugged in some headphones to make sure there is sound and there is so the computer is fine. I just can't figure out why I get no audio. I am using a 3.5mm jack to plug into the tv and computer. Please help its driving me crazy. The TV has a 3.5mm Input jack and it says in the owners manual that this is what it is used for. I have also used an 3.5mm audio jack with the RCA jack on the other end but still no sound

Most tvs does not have an audio input with the mini jack, they are usually rca jacks in red and white. You need to buy an cable with the mini jack in one end and rca on the other end. You can find this at any Radio Shack for around $10. Hope this will help you out.
