Tr this. press TV old down RED & SELECT together until the red light flashes twice on top of remote. press TV again. press 0060 on remote then try the volume button, if it doesnt work press TV again then press select to store the code.

I had the same problem with my new tv. contacting sky is a waste of time,when you finally get through they gave me about 50 numbers to try. send the tv makers (customer services) an email tell them which sky remote you have and i am sure they will help you.
