What is the largest LCD TV available to date?
The largest one I know of is a 60" but I've heard that they make 80" TVs. In 2008 they had a large 106" TV but it had a massive base it sat on .I'm looking for an LCD or plasma TV, as large as possible, which could be placed on top of a TV stand or table. The only one I can think of is a 60" but I need one that's bigger because the living room of the house I'm moving into soon is fairly huge and I want to have a huge TV good for watching movies and gaming my eyes are bad so I need to be able to see smaller letters without having to sit close to the TV itself .Yes, I know about the 108" Sharp Aquos TV, I already said that when I said 106" got the sizes wrong but I don't want the world's largest TV neither would I pay 500k for one. Anything smaller than that but larger than a 60" is what I want. One that can be placed on a TV stand or table, like regular flatscreens are. I don't want the big ugly base the 108" TV has either.Oops, sorry, $110,000. Not 500k.

Has anyone ever hooked up their imac to their large LCD tv?
I want to use it as a home theater source. I have hooked up the sound from my imac to a receiver once using a 3.5mm to RCA adapter and was very disappointed with the sound. The imac is on one side of the room and the other equipment will require about a 35 ft run. I know i need to buy the little adapter for the back of the imac to go from mini to VGA i would do DVI but my TV doesn't have a DVI input so, any ideas or experience with this would be great before I drop the money on the wires and do all the work. Thanks
Should I buy a 3D LCD TV, an LED TV, or a larger LCD TV?
I have budget 700$ to be exact. I cannot go over this. I have found the above TV's around that price. Which one is worth to get? We only get a TV once every 5 years or so, so I can't get the next one for 5 years.
